Joshua Stults

Joshua Stults is a senior director at Stratolaunch, with extensive experience in advanced programs. Previously, Joshua served as a program manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) from May 2017 to April 2023, overseeing projects such as Operational Fires, Tactical Boost Glide, and the Hypersonic Air-breathing Weapon Concept. Joshua held various leadership roles within the Air Force, including program manager at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, where significant investments in hypersonic prototypes were secured, and special action officer to the commander at the Air Force Materiel Command. Joshua received a Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, complemented by an MS and BS in the same field.
