Heather Meder

Heather Meder has extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Heather is currently the Director of Human Resources at Stratos Wealth Partners. Prior to this role, they served as the HR/Payroll Training Manager at Saber Healthcare Group, where they developed and administered learning and development programs for HR and payroll staff. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at RHM Real Estate Group, where they oversaw all HR and payroll functions for approximately 150 employees.
