Jan Meltveit has over 30 years of work experience in the storage services and core storage field. Jan started their career at Hays Information Management in 1989, where they worked as a Clerk, Storage worker, and Storage Supervisor, responsible for setting up a new Core Repository. In 1996, they joined Reservoir Laboratories AS as a Supervisor Core Storage and was responsible for building and establishing their new Core Repository. Jan continued to grow within the company and became the Head of Section - Core Storage in 1998. During their tenure, the business grew significantly and won multiple contracts. In 2007, ResLab was taken over by Weatherford Laboratories, and Jan Meltveit became the Head of Section Core Storage, where they played a key role in winning a large contract in Qatar. At Weatherford Laboratories, they held various management positions, including Head of Section Core & Fluid Storage Services and Manager Core & Fluid Storage Services. In 2015, they became the Global Advisor Storage Services and Manager Storage Services Norway, a role they held until 2019 when they joined Stratum Reservoir as the Operations Manager - Sandnes.
