Brendan Izu

Brendan Izu is a skilled software engineer with a strong background in building technology solutions. As a Founding Software Engineer at Stratus since March 2024, Brendan focuses on developing technical infrastructure. Prior experience includes working at Sandbox, where Brendan contributed to early-stage projects involving AI-powered software for individuals with speech-related disabilities, alongside user testing with those affected by ALS and cerebral palsy. Brendan also completed a Software Engineer Internship at Gap Inc., implementing REST APIs to enhance website functionality, and served as a Python Programmer at SecurityMetrics, where Brendan created over 100 automation scripts. Additionally, Brendan has experience as a Service Desk Analyst at Brigham Young University, providing solutions for network and hardware issues. Brendan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University, expected in April 2024.
