Melissa Neslund

Melissa Neslund has a range of experience in the real estate and land development industry. Melissa is currently working as a Development Manager at Stratus Properties Inc., a position they have held since November 2017. Prior to that, they were a Senior Land Use & Entitlement Manager at Armbrust & Brown, PLLC from April 2017 to November 2017.

From 2015 to 2017, Melissa worked at Sackman Enterprises as a Senior Development Manager. Before that, they had a long tenure at Bury, starting in 2006. At Bury, Melissa held the position of Senior Associate/Project Director - Land Use and Entitlements from December 2012 to March 2015. Melissa also served as a Land Development Planner/Business Development professional from February 2006 to December 2012.

Melissa's earliest known work experience in the field is as a Land Development Planner at Drenner and Golden Stuart Wolff, where they worked prior to joining Bury in 2003.

Melissa Neslund attended Texas State University from 1999 to 2003. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Geography & Public Administration with a focus on Urban & Regional Planning, Political Science, and Public Administration.
