Doug Reid

Doug Reid's work experience is as follows:

- From January 2020 to present, Doug has served as the Vice President of Straus Family Creamery in Petaluma, CA.

- From 2011 to 2020, Doug worked at Blue Diamond Growers. Doug held the position of Director of Operations Excellence, where they developed the Operations Excellence Division and delivered significant margin enhancement and profitability. Doug also served as the Director of Operations, overseeing multiple manufacturing operations and achieving cost savings and increased capacity through process improvement.

- From 2009 to 2011, Doug was the Director of Bottling and Winery Operations at Constellation Brands, where they improved operational efficiencies for wine production.

- From 2001 to 2008, Doug worked as a Senior Operations Manager at E & J Gallo Winery, the world's largest family-owned winery.

- From 1992 to 2001, Doug held multiple roles at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., including Regional Director and Plant Manager. Doug contributed to the expansion of manufacturing facilities and improved efficiencies in the production and sales of High Density Polyethylene drainage pipe.

Doug Reid is trained as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt through the George Group at E&J Gallo Winery. Doug also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Economics and Finance from California State University, Fresno. Additionally, Doug has pursued studies in Food Technology and Processing at the University of California, Davis.
