Andrew Giannella

Andrew Giannella is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in real estate and property management. Serving as Partner, Vice President, and General Counsel at BRG Realty Group, LLC since July 2005, Andrew oversees a diverse portfolio of approximately 9,000 multi-family units across the Greater Cincinnati area and beyond. In addition, Andrew has held the position of Of Counsel at Strauss Troy since January 2006, providing comprehensive legal services to real estate lenders and developers. As a former Principal at Salon Concepts from May 2008 to July 2022, Andrew led expansion strategies for the company's 21 stores. Prior legal expertise was gained as a Partner at Ulmer & Berne LLP from November 1996 to July 2005. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Colgate University.
