Noam Bernstein has extensive work experience in a variety of roles and industries. Currently, they are serving as the GCX Director of Product Management at Strauss Water Ltd., where they lead a team and is responsible for initiating, defining, and designing products for consumers and businesses. Prior to this, they served as the VP Global Customer Experience at the same company, leading a team that integrated product management, design, consumer insight, global marketing, and open innovation to create meaningful innovation, sustainable products, and desirable experiences for global customers.
Before joining Strauss Water Ltd., Noam worked as the VP Sales & Marketing at Parsempo, where they focused on taking digital signage into the future. Noam also held the role of Design Management & Strategy Lecturer at Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art., where they educated future design and engineering leaders in the Masters DEED Program.
Additionally, Noam has worked as a Strategic Design Director at Designit Tel Aviv, an Entrepreneurship Mentor at the Zell Center for Entrepreneurship at IDC, and the Director of Business Development at Nekuda DM, where they led the business development and sales efforts for tier 1 clients. Noam also served as a Faculty member at IDC Herzliya and Wharton Global Consulting Practicum, where they worked with student teams on real-world strategy projects for clients.
Noam holds a strong academic background and has taught various business and strategy courses at The Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya and served as the Founder of PIE Practicum for Innovation Entrepreneurship, a collaboration between the Business school at IDC and the Design School at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
Noam Bernstein has a diverse education history with a focus on business and design. In 1998, they attended the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, where they obtained a Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) degree with a specialization in Industrial Design. Following this, they pursued further studies in design at the University of Michigan in 2001 as part of an exchange program in the School of Design & Architecture. In 2008, Noam completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Management of Business at Reichman University.
