Philip Kalin

Philip Kalin is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently serving as an ICEO Peer Advisor at LHH, Kalin partners with C-Suite executives in transition, guiding them in their professional journeys. Previously, Kalin held the position of Strategic Advisor at Stream while leading Pinnacol Assurance as President/CEO, transforming it into Colorado’s leading provider of workers’ compensation insurance. Kalin also served as President/CEO of the Center for Improving Value in Health Care, Denver Jewish Day School, CustomMed Solutions, and Rose Medical Center, as well as Executive Vice President/COO at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, and Senior Administrator at Henry Ford Health System. Kalin holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa.
