Rob Kennedy

Rob’s expertise with mission-critical real estate dates back to 1999, when he and his colleagues at Stream Realty saw a growing demand and opportunity for acquisitions in the data center space and founded Stream Data Centers.

Rob directs strategy and overall company operations and takes a hands-on role identifying and developing data center sites in new markets for Fortune 500 companies and cloud providers. His guidance has contributed to Stream’s expansion into multiple product and service offerings and the acquisition and development of more than 5.6 million square feet of data center space nationally, representing more than 780 megawatts of power nationally.

Rob is based at Stream’s Headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in finance and real estate.
