Cody Taduran possesses extensive experience in customer success and sales within the sports industry. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and previously as the Director of Sales at Stream Hatchet since March 2021, Cody has demonstrated a strong ability to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Prior roles include Manager of Membership Services with the Washington Capitals, where responsibility encompassed the retention and growth of a $5 million account base, and Senior Ticket Specialist with the Washington Nationals, achieving a 90%+ retention rate and generating significant incremental revenue through innovative sales strategies and client engagement events. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies from the University of Virginia, complemented by a study abroad program with Semester at Sea.
