Kanat Kialbaev

Kanat Kialbaev has a wealth of experience in the software engineering field. Kanat began their career in 2008 as a Software Engineer at PROMT. In 2010, they moved to Crystal Service as a Java Developer, and then to Quickoffice (acquired by Google) as a Senior Android Developer. In 2013, they joined StarLine / СтарЛайн as a Senior Android Engineer (TL), and then moved to i-Free as a Senior Android Developer. In 2015, they joined Telepado as a Senior Android Engineer (TL). In 2020, they moved to NBCUniversal Media, LLC as a Senior Android Engineer, where they refactored the VOD player to make it testable, maintainable, and extensible. Kanat also reduced the build time 7 times on Jenkins and implemented brand new features that increased company revenue. Kanat is currently a Senior Android Engineer at Stream.

Kanat Kialbaev obtained a Master's degree from Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH" named after D.F. Ustinov between 2004 and 2009.
