Rhys Chrabsolom

Rhys Chrabsolom has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Rhys worked as a Video Editor at Streamland Media from May 2021 to the present, where they were responsible for finishing and localizing film and television trailers for streaming services. Prior to that, they worked as a Video Editor at Technicolor from November 2018 to May 2021, where they performed similar tasks for a high-profile streaming service.

Before their tenure at Technicolor, Rhys worked as a Freelance Videographer from March 2018 to November 2018. Rhys has also held roles such as EMEA Video Editor at Bloomberg LP from October 2014 to March 2018, Freelance Video Editor/Cameraman during their self-employment from February 2014 to October 2014, and Operations Team member at Movember Foundation from September 2013 to February 2014.

Rhys began their career as a Video Editor at Bloomberg from May 2011 to December 2012. Rhys'searliest work experience includes being the Head Cameraman, Studio Manager, and Producer at IHA Ihlas News Agency's UK Branch from December 2009 to September 2010. In this role, they filmed and produced live broadcasts, conducted interviews, managed studios, operated cameras and lighting, and handled uplinks for international news and current affairs shows. Rhys worked with various reputable companies, including BBC, Al Jazeera, CNN, Russia Today, and Canal+. During this time, Rhys gained a good understanding and respect for different religions and cultures due to the predominantly Muslim nature of the company's work.

Rhys Chrabsolom attended the University of Roehampton from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a 2:1 degree in Film Studies & Screen Practice. Prior to their university education, they attended Thomas Hardye School, although the specific dates of their attendance and degree obtained are unknown.
