Enrique “Diesel” Mesa

Enrique Aceves is an accomplished marketing technology leader with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Enterprise Marketing Technology at TIAA since October 2020, Enrique is responsible for unifying marketing technology stacks across TIAA, Nuveen, and TIAA Bank, as well as establishing Enterprise-level MarTech, AI, and Analytics teams. Prior to TIAA, Enrique held the position of Vice President and Head of Marketing Analytics & Data Strategy at Nuveen, where the first Marketing Analytics function was established. Enrique's earlier career at PIMCO included various roles in analytics and strategic initiatives, and at Harvey & Company LLC, Enrique advanced from Analyst to Senior Analyst. Enrique's educational background includes a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from UC Irvine and multiple associate degrees from Mt. San Jacinto College in Mathematics, Behavioral Science, Humanities, and Liberal Arts.
