Jodie H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jodie is currently working as the Director of Project Management at STREAM MOKO, where they support the COO and oversees company-wide operations. Their responsibilities include designing and implementing new systems and strategies to improve project efficiency and monitoring department progress.
Prior to their current role, Jodie worked as a Tour Director/Manager at Story—Land & Sea® by QueensLander from 2010 to 2020. Jodie also gained international experience at Comune di Roma Scuola Materna Statale 46 Circolo in Rome, Italy, where they participated in an independent study and served as a guest teacher from 2007 to 2010.
Jodie has additional experience as a Martial Arts Instructor at Joe Goss Karate from 2001 to 2009 and as an Environmental Education Instructor at Shaver's Creek Environmental Center-Penn State Nature Center in 2001. Jodie has also worked as a Science/Geography Middle School Teacher at Westmont Hilltop Middle School in Johnstown, PA for 9 years, and as a Historic Preservation Planner at Indiana Office of Planning and Development in Indiana, PA for 1 year. Additionally, they have worked as a Community Planner at Richard Sutter & Associates Inc. in Hollidaysburg, PA for 1 year.
Jodie H. has obtained a Certified International Tour Manager degree from the International Guide Academy. Jodie also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Pittsburgh. Furthermore, they have pursued a Master of Science degree in Geography/Urban Planning from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to their formal education, Jodie has obtained a 120-Hour TESOL Certification Course from the International Open Academy and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in March 2020.
