Suman Biswas

Suman Biswas is a project manager at STREAMS Solutions. Suman previously worked as a functional lead at Eastern Software Systems from January 2017 to April 2021. Her responsibilities included project management of EBIZFRAME 10 implementation, business analysis, data analysis, business rules, business process modeling and data mapping, GAP analysis, and creating business process documents. Suman also developed project plans, functional specifications, and project charters for business process refinement, re-engineering, business intelligence, and automation.

From October 2015 to December 2016, Suman Biswas worked as a senior business analyst and consultant at Q3 Technologies. Suman was responsible for leading the team of Microsoft Navision 2015 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and for being a consultant and analyst of customized ERP solutions. Suman also had multiple overseas projects based in the US, UK, and Latin America. Her responsibilities included project planning, requirement study, functional solution development, resource training, etc. Suman was also involved in pre-sales and preparing RFP/RFQ for requirement analysis and demonstrating products and interactions with customers when showing solutions.

Suman Biswas has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU, a Master’s Degree in M.COM from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management degree from the same school. Suman also has an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Brainware College of Professional Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Calcutta University, Kolkata.
