Amanda McHugh

Amanda McHugh has been working in the professional world since 2018. Amanda currently works at Street Diligence, Inc. as a Strategy Associate, Business Development Representative, and Strategy Intern. As an intern, they conducted market research and competitor analysis, presented weekly findings and strategies to upper management, and researched the strategic and technological aspects of partnership and merger opportunities. Amanda also works at Wesleyan University as a Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant. As a Teaching Assistant, they advise and provides weekly feedback to students completing a semester-long research project and holds weekly office hours to assist students with coding, project brainstorming, and statistical analysis. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant, they review and sorts court documents to analyze how American courts have responded to the COVID-19 pandemic and prepares summaries and chronological data of legal documents. Additionally, Amanda works as a Student Consultant at The Connection, Inc. and previously worked as an Administrative and Paralegal Assistant at Hollis Laidlaw & Simon P.C. where they organized and digitally uploaded hundreds of case files into cloud-based data management software, prepared legal documents, answered phones, scheduled appointments, and performed other administrative tasks.
