Alexandra Altman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple sectors. Alexandra is currently working as the Bay Area Managing Director at Street Soccer USA, where they are involved in fighting poverty and strengthening communities through soccer. Prior to this, Alexandra worked at Mission Asset Fund (MAF) as the Philanthropy Director, where they secured significant funding, scaled the Philanthropy Department, and oversaw research and publication projects. Alexandra also worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco as an Analyst, where they managed research and communicated key findings. Alexandra has also held roles at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and Council on Foreign Relations, where they gained experience in international economics, research, and policy development.
Alexandra Altman holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Alexandra also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
