Kristen Mendes

Kristen Mendes, CSP, ASP, CHST, is an experienced safety professional currently serving as Safety Manager at Streimer Sheet Metal Works, Inc. since September 2020. In this role, Kristen engages with the Executive Leadership Team to address safety issues and drive growth within the Safety Department. Prior to this position, Kristen held roles as Safety Coordinator at Lease Crutcher Lewis, overseeing safety for a significant operations center, and Safety Lead at Harder Mechanical Contractors, managing safety for high-profile projects including semiconductor and data center facilities. Additional experience includes serving as an EHS Professional at EC Company and as SSHO/Unexploded Ordnance Technician II at EA Engineering, with work in various locations including Puerto Rico and across the United States. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University, as well as a certification from Texas A&M University in Unexploded Ordnance.
