Harshani Wickramaarachchi

Harshani Wickramaarachchi is a Senior Executive in EHS & Social Compliance at Stretchline Holdings Ltd. since December 2022, with prior experience as a Senior Executive in SHEQ and Management Trainee in HSE at Bio Foods (Pvt.) Ltd. from September 2019 to November 2022, and as an Intern in Occupational Health & Safety at MAS Holdings from June 2018 to March 2019. Harshani has developed expertise in risk management, contractor safety procedures, customer audits, and safety training, and has effectively communicated with local fire departments for factory training sessions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Sciences from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, a NEBOSH IGC in Occupational Health & Safety, a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from the National Institute of Occupational Health and Safety, and currently pursuing a Master's in Labor Relations & Human Resources Management from the University of Colombo.
