Nicole B.

Nicole B. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Co-founder and COO of Strider since January 2022, a marketplace connecting top tech professionals in South America with international companies. Previously, Nicole held the position of Principal Tech Recruiter at GovPredict from April 2019 to March 2020, where significant contributions included establishing the recruiting department and expanding the engineering team in Brazil and Moldova. Nicole's earlier experience includes teaching English at Wiser Educação from July 2017 to June 2019 and conducting cognitive research at UFMG in 2016. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a Technician's degree in Computer Networks from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.
