Steve Edmonds

Steve Edmonds, FAICD, FGIA, MBA, currently serves as the General Manager of Strike Force Services Pty Ltd., overseeing a large facility management company with over 450 staff and a turnover of $33 million. As Managing Director of Jaycrest International, Steve leads strategic planning initiatives in property and management consultancy. In a non-executive capacity, Steve contributes to YWAM Ships Newcastle and previously co-chaired the MBA Advisory Board at the University of Newcastle. Notably, as Chief Executive Officer of Reflections Holiday Parks, Steve successfully transformed the organization, doubling turnover and enhancing service delivery. Steve's extensive experience includes critical leadership roles in local government and various non-executive directorships, complemented by a robust academic foundation in business administration and governance.
