Adhish Walvekar

Adhish Walvekar is an accomplished scientist currently serving as Scientist-I at String Bio Private Limited since August 2023. Prior to this role, Adhish worked as an Associate Editor at Cactus Communications from February to July 2023. Adhish's research experience includes postdoctoral positions at the University of Luxembourg from May 2019 to January 2023 and at the Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine (inStem) from February 2015 to April 2019. Adhish completed doctoral studies in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where a Ph.D. was awarded in 2014, after earning a Master of Science in Biotechnology at Vidya Pratishthans Arts, Commerce & Science College from 2006 to 2008, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology at the Rajeev Gandhi Institute of Information Technology and Biotechnology from 2003 to 2006.
