Luci F.

Luci F. serves as a Partner at Base10 Partners since May 2021 and holds the position of Cabo Verde Tech Ambassador, supporting the Ministry of Finance in innovation, entrepreneurship, and venture capital initiatives since November 2021. Luci is actively involved as an investor and board observer for several companies, including Todyl, Incredible Health, and Emperia, among others. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a Certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University, complemented by studies at Peking University in 2006.
