Sonal Piparsania

Sonal Piparsania is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in technology and human resources. Currently serving as a recruiter at Stripe since July 2023, Sonal previously held roles as a staff tech recruiter at Rippling and a tech recruiter at Stripe. Notably, Sonal's experience at Google spanned over six years in various recruiting roles, focusing on hiring for Google Cloud and software engineering positions across India. With earlier experience at Cognizant and an HR internship at Steel Authority of India Limited, Sonal possesses diverse expertise in sourcing talent, cross-functional collaboration, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Sonal holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Alliance University and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Bhilai Institute of Technology.
