Jen Browne

Jennifer Browne currently serves as the President of Market Operations & Population Health at Strive Health, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held multiple leadership positions at Optum, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Clinical Performance, from June 2019 to July 2023. Jennifer's experience also includes serving as Vice President and National Senior Director of Risk Adjustment at DaVita Medical Group from June 2017 to June 2019. Earlier in the career, Jennifer held various senior roles at The Advisory Board Company, including Senior Director of Client Services and Associate Director of Research and Insights, from August 2012 to May 2017. Additionally, experience includes serving as Enterprise Program Manager at Novant Health and holding management positions at MedQuest Associates. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Charleston, earned from 2000 to 2004.
