Maria Ana Pantelous

Maria Ana Pantelous is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Area Manager of Patient Services at Strive Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation since August 2020. In this role, Maria oversees multiple clinic locations, conducts weekly site visits, and manages daily reporting. Previously, as Team Lead of Patient Services, Maria excelled in insurance authorizations and patient scheduling, while also leveraging EMR systems to enhance operational efficiency. Maria's career began at Strive as a Patient Service Liaison and Physical Therapy Aide, where a focus on patient relationships and support was paramount. Prior internship experiences at MetLife involved contributions to the SharePoint 2010 Migration project, showcasing organizational skills and team collaboration. Maria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from Rutgers University-Camden and has further educational experience in Kinesiology & Health Sciences from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
