Constantin Chifor

Constantin Chifor began their work experience in 2000 as a Senior Software Engineer at Digisoft, where they developed a range of applications and software. From 2007 to 2012, they served as a Development Manager at Softstone Software, designing and implementing core components for broadcast news and production systems.

In 2010, Chifor founded ACC and worked as a Founder and Technical Lead until 2013. During this time, they also joined Telestream as a Software Consultant, developing virtual capture filters and audio drivers.

In 2012, Chifor worked as a Software Consultant at Video Ahead, Inc. and as a Technical Lead and Architect at TSS Yonder. At TSS Yonder, they designed a high-security surveillance system and managed the development staff.

Chifor then co-founded Quality Software Corporation (QSC) in 2013 and served as the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer until 2015. Constantin was involved in management, development strategy, and architectural decisions.

After the acquisition of QSC, Chifor became the Chief Technology Officer at 8x8 in 2015, where they built and grew the Cluj office to over 400 employees. Constantin was responsible for management, development strategy, and architectural decisions.

Most recently, Chifor founded Strive Software, Inc. in 2022 and currently holds the position of Founder and Chief Technology Officer. Constantin leads the software architecture, strategy, and development to simplify and enhance remote and hybrid work for developers and their teams.

Constantin Chifor holds a Master's degree from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. No specific details regarding the duration or field of study are available.
