Hiromi Ozawa

Hiromi Ozawa joined STRIVE in 2019. She is primarily in charge of recruitment and HR support for portfolio companies. Prior to joining STRIVE, she founded WITY, an organization that supports female engineers along with freelance work she had with multiple companies. Earlier in her career, she was a career counselor for engineers, responsible for mid-career recruitment. She also experienced temporary assignments at Lancers and worked as community manager of engineer workshop site.
