Maiko Iwai

Maiko Iwai joined STRIVE in 2019. She is primarily in charge of recruitment and HR support for portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, she was a career counselor specializing in IT sector at Intelligence, hired more than 2,000 employees in both Japan and overseas at GREE, and experienced overall recruitment and HR work at Lancers. After giving birth to her child, she started working as a freelance to support mid-career recruitment at startups.
