Gina Trieste

Gina Trieste, SHRM-SCP, PHR, currently serves as the Vice President of People Experience at StriveTogether, contributing to a national movement focused on providing opportunities for children's success. Previously, Gina held the position of Chief People Officer at Root Capital, a global non-profit supporting farmers across various countries, and was the Director of People Strategy at Learning Empowered, an organization dedicated to early childhood education in underserved communities. Additional experience includes roles at KnowBe4, Lutheran Services Florida, Bristol-Myers Squibb, the City of Clearwater, Eckerd Connects, PwC, and Sanwa Growers, where responsibilities spanned talent management, HR compliance, and employee operations. Gina earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
