Monroe Nichols

Monroe Nichols is the current Director of Network Growth at StriveTogether. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at ImpactTulsa from April 2014 to November 2016. They also have experience as a Senior Project Manager, BRE at the Tulsa Regional Chamber from September 2012 to March 2013, where they successfully managed the award-winning Business Retention and Expansion Program. In addition, Monroe has served as a Principal Consultant at Nichols Consulting from January 2014 to September 2018. Monroe has a proven track record of success in implementing programs to retain and expand businesses, developing and managing portfolios of growth solutions, and negotiating business incentive proposals with local and state governments. They are known for their dedication to meeting the needs of businesses in the Tulsa region and delivering services that help them grow. Monroe has been instrumental in leading the way for economic development expansion and retention deals in Tulsa, and is committed to making the process easier for companies seeking assistance. They regularly prepare and present reports, briefings, and updates to leadership and stakeholders on the progress of economic development in Tulsa.

Monroe Nichols earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Tulsa. Monroe then went on to earn a Master of Public Administration in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Monroe Nichols reports to Josh Davis, Vice President of Policy and Partnerships. They are on a team with Michael Mozina - Senior Manager of Network Advancement, Miguel Garcia - Project Manager of Network Advancement.
