Rachel Holley Flynn

Rachel Holley Flynn is the executive assistant to the COO at StriveTogether. In this role, she serves as the primary point of contact to the office of the Chief Operating Officer.

Before coming to StriveTogether, Rachel worked in the medical field supporting doctors and clinical researchers for about 10 years. She also worked at a Cincinnati-based marketing firm, pep, in their human resources department, where she supported the learning and development and recruiting teams.

Rachel is a Sharonville, Ohio, native who made her way across the river to northern Kentucky. She resides in Dayton, Kentucky, with her partner, Keith. Rachel and Keith have two dogs, Duncan and Tony, and a cat named Tomato. In her spare time, Rachel likes to watch television and movies, explore her neighborhood with her dogs, try new restaurants and spend time with her family.
