Charlotte McWilliams

Charlotte McWilliams is an experienced professional currently serving as VP of People Operations at Striveworks since March 2021. Prior to this, Charlotte held the position of Senior Vice President of Resilience at LCRA from June 2019 to March 2021. Charlotte's career also includes roles as an Elementary School Teacher at River Place Elementary from August 2017 to August 2019 and as a National Security Professional with the US Federal Government from January 2007 to January 2016. Additionally, Charlotte worked as a Defense Contractor at Alion Science and Technology in 2006 and served in the U.S. Army from August 2001 to February 2006, where responsibilities included roles as a Signal Officer, Platoon Leader, Logistics Officer, and Assistant Operations Officer. Charlotte has been recognized with the Meritorious Service Medal and the Bronze Star Medal. Charlotte earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The Johns Hopkins University, graduating in 2001, and completed high school at St. Paul's School in 1997.
