Elaine Asher has over fifteen years of professional experience in business development and fundraising. Elaine began their career in 2005 as the Director of Development at the Museum of Craft and Folk Art. In 2006, they moved to the California Academy of Sciences as a Major Gift Officer. In 2008, they became the Director of Individual Giving at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. In 2011, they took on the role of Director of Development at the America's Cup Organizing Committee. In 2014, they joined J.P. Morgan as Vice President of the Private Bank. In 2017, they became the Director of West Coast at Plum Alley Investments. In 2018, they were appointed Director at Bitwise Asset Management. In 2019, they became the Head of Business Development at CMT Digital, focusing on digital asset trading and blockchain technology investing. In 2021, they joined Anchorage as Business Development for Institutional Investors and Strix Leviathan as Head of Business Development.
