Espen Hilton

Espen Hilton is a multi-faceted professional currently serving as a Reporter and Casting Responsible at Espenhilton and involved with Strix Television as a casting team member for the show "Gift ved første blikk" and the casting of "FARMEN" and "FARMEN KJENDIS." As the Head of Talent at Mastiff TV and a Casting Director at Nordisk Film TV, Espen Hilton manages talent acquisition and casting responsibilities since April 2022. Additionally, responsibilities have included writing roles at Prego mobile and Aller Media A/S, where notable works include authorship of a book on personal growth from adversity. Espen Hilton is also a personal trainer, motivational speaker, and enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Psychoanalysis and Therapy at the Norwegian Gestalt Institute College, expected to complete in June 2026.
