David Etheridge is a Programme Manager and Lecturer at Strode College since September 2019, focusing on the foundation degree in History, Heritage, and Archaeology, as well as the Historic England Apprenticeship Scheme. With extensive experience as an Archaeologist, David Etheridge has provided professional services across various regions including Bristol, the West Country, and Wales since August 2011. Prior roles include Assistant Teacher at the University of Bristol from July 2011 to June 2020, Project Officer at Avon Archaeological Unit Limited from September 2001 to April 2011, Freelance Archaeologist from September 1992 to December 1997, and Archaeological Assistant at Sandwell MBC from June 1984 to June 1985. David Etheridge holds a PhD from the University of Bristol, as well as an M.Phil in Archaeology from the University of Glasgow and a BA (Hons) in Medieval Archaeology from UCL.
