R. Aadharsh Yazhisaivendhan

R. Aadharsh Yazhisaivendhan has worked in various roles in the automotive industry. In 2014, they began their career as a Trainee Engineer at Zeal Universal Motors. In 2015, they worked as a Vehicle Inspection Intern at Goodwin Motors. In 2016, they joined Ford Motor Company as a Production Trainee. Currently, in 2022, they are employed as a Mechanical Test Engineer at Strohm.

R. Aadharsh Yazhisaivendhan completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Automotive Engineering from Politecnico di Torino from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they attended SRM University and earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Automobile Engineering. From 2011 to 2013, they completed their Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro Steel City. Additionally, from 1998 to 2011, they attended the same school and obtained their Secondary School Certificate (SSC).

In terms of additional certifications, in February 2018, R. Aadharsh Yazhisaivendhan received a Professional in Product Design certification from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd.
