Charles Cella

Charles Cella is a seasoned professional in intellectual property strategy and innovation, currently serving as Managing Director at Strong Force Innovation Portfolios, Strong Force Design, and Strong Force Catalyst since 2014. Cella's work focuses on building comprehensive patent portfolios and leveraging market-proven methodologies to unlock the strategic potential of intellectual property across technology-driven ecosystems. Prior to these roles, Cella co-founded GTC Law Group, where expertise in IP strategy and business transactions was developed, significantly growing the firm. Previous experience includes founding BountyQuest.com, an early crowd-sourced patent marketplace, and serving as a patent attorney at Foley Hoag LLP, where Cella played a pivotal role in establishing the firm’s startup patent practice. Cella holds an AB in Physics from Princeton University, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and has academic credentials from The University of Edinburgh.
