Amanda Cange

Amanda Gibbens Cange serves as the Vice President and General Counsel for The Stronghold Companies since September 2018, where responsibilities include establishing and supervising the legal department. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of Associate General Counsel at Mears Group, Inc. from August 2013 to September 2018, providing legal counsel to the oil and gas division and advising various departments on legal matters. Amanda also has experience as Corporate Counsel for Marathon Oil Company, focusing on toxic tort litigation and cost management from August 2009 to August 2011. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in History from Baylor University, as well as a Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Houston Law Center.
