Fred Phillips

Fred oversees all aspects of environmental, health, and safety for Elite Piping & Civil, Specialty Tank Services, Stronghold Inspection, Turnkey I&E, and Elite Fabrication. He has been with Stronghold Companies for 12 years, joining as a Safety Manager for CSL and EPC. Fred has more than 30 years of experience in the petrochemical and refining industry.
