Rob Wood

Rob Wood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Stronghold Investment Management since June 2023, Rob has previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Kize Concepts, Inc. from May 2014 to January 2020. Additional experience includes working as a Personal Trainer at American Energy Partners, LP, and as a Health and Fitness Specialist at Chesapeake Energy. Rob Wood holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science with a focus on Pre-Physical Therapy Studies from the University of Oklahoma, completed in 2011.
