Kathryn O'Hara

Kathryn O'Hara's work experience includes serving as the Director of Strategic Engineering at StrongMind since 2019, where they manage engineering teams and collaborates with other managers to improve processes. Prior to this, they worked at Arizona State University from 2013 to 2019, holding the role of Interim Associate Director and Sr. Creative Producer at the Center for Games and Impact. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the production of multiple creative software development projects and developing training and creative content. Kathryn also worked on strategic planning and developing long-term goals for the center. Before their time at ASU, Kathryn worked as a Producer/Project Manager at Trefun Studios, Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment, and Dark Comet Games. Kathryn also served as a Team Leader - Merchandising at BI® : The Business Improvement Company and worked as a Technical Rep/Order Management at Honeywell earlier in their career.

Kathryn O'Hara obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Macalester College in the period of 1994-1998. Kathryn also attended The Glasgow School of Art in 1997, studying Product Design. Furthermore, they obtained a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2013.
