Steven I. Cohen

Steven I. Cohen possesses extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Police Officer with the Stroud Area Regional Police Department since June 2015. Previous roles include Police Officer positions at Marlborough Township, Bethel Township, and Spring City Borough Police Departments spanning from October 2012 to June 2015. Steven also served as a Fire/Rescue Lieutenant with the Fire Department of Montgomery Township from August 2003 to February 2013 and held the role of Communications Sergeant in the US Army, focusing on communication equipment for the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division. Steven's education includes a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Counterterrorism and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Counterterrorism and Homeland Security from Southern New Hampshire University, a B.S. in Administration of Justice from The Pennsylvania State University, and completion of the Act 120 Police Academy at Montgomery County Community College.
