Robert Cherowbrier is an experienced brewer and winemaker with a diverse background in the beverage industry. Currently serving as the Lead Brewer at Stroud Brewery since June 2019, responsibilities include brewing, lab work, canning, kegging, casking, and production scheduling. Previous roles include Assistant Winemaker at Three Choirs Vineyards, where management of work schedules for cellar hands was a key task, and various winery and vineyard positions that spanned several years. Robert holds a BSc in Viticulture and Oenology from Plumpton College and additional certifications in brewing and food safety.
