Joe Aversa

Joe Aversa is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Banquet Chef and Banquet Sous Chef at Stroudsmoor Country Inn since January 2017. Additionally, Joe has been a Licensed Realtor with Pocono Mountains Real Estate since May 2017, providing services in buying, selling, listing, and renting properties. As a Sales Representative at Haltermans Toyota since June 2017, Joe blends culinary expertise with sales skills. Joe also holds the position of Sous Chef and Smoke Master at Alaska Pete's Roadhouse Grille since January 2012, and previously worked as a sales representative at Schiff's Restaurant Service, Inc. from 2013 to 2014. Joe Aversa graduated from the New York Restaurant School with a degree in Culinary Arts after attending Queens College from 1976 to 1978.
