Liju Joy has worked in various roles in the past 18 years. Liju started their career in 2004 as a Service Engineer at Labindia Instruments Pvt Ltd. and progressed to a Sr. Service Engineer and Area Manager. In 2008, they joined SCIEX as a Service Operations Manager for the APAC region, where they were responsible for field services quality and delivery management. Liju also served as a Service Product Manager (Global Service Support & Development) and Principal Engineer (Manufacturing). In 2020, they joined Leica Biosystems as a Senior Manager, Danaher Business System APAC Lead, where they collaborated with business leaders and led the development and management of growth initiatives to achieve annual targets (KPI), strategic plan objectives (PD) and achieve operational excellence. Currently, they are the Customer Success, Global Lead at Structo since 2022.

Liju Joy's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Birmingham (2009-2012), an M.Sc in Applied Physics (Instrumentation) from Bharathidasan University (2002-2004), a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online (2020-2021), and a Business and Digital Transformation program from Singapore Management University (2022). Additionally, Liju Joy has completed training and development courses and Danaher Business System Training & Kaizen.
