Sibtain Kapadia is a seasoned professional in the construction and civil engineering industry, with over 35 years of experience. Currently serving as the Regional Manager of Business Development at STRUCTURAL Middle East since January 2011, Sibtain oversees sales and marketing activities for the company, known for its expertise in concrete repair and rehabilitation across the UAE and Qatar. Prior roles include Technical Manager at Emirates Hickson Dubai, where Sibtain introduced specialized construction chemicals, and Division Manager at Al Bahar & Bardawil WLL, managing operations within the UAE.
