Ricky G.

Ricky G. has gained diverse work experience in various roles and industries since 2015. Ricky started as an engineering intern in Skyway Precision, where they worked on developing an APQP system and blue print reviews. Later, they worked in Master Automatic as an engineering/operations intern, where they created/modifies part-specific files, worked in equipment launch, and analyzed production results. After that, they worked in AxleTech as an engineering intern for two months, where they worked on electric motor axle systems for on and off-highway vehicles and presented an impact address to the executive board. Then they worked in Sika USA as a business/sales intern, where they supported trade show booths, negotiated prices, and attended engineering meetings. Ricky'smost recent role was in ROMD as a manufacturing engineer, where they worked from 2021 to 2022, and then eventually joined Structure as the Chief of Staff.

Ricky G. attended Purdue University from 2016 to 2020 and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship with a focus on Engineering and Entrepreneurship. In May of 2021, Ricky obtained a certification in Additive Manufacturing for Innovative Design and Production from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
