Jonathon Wiggins

Jonathon Wiggins has a diverse work experience in the field of technology, primarily focusing on Citrix systems. Jonathon started their career at Egghead Software as a Computer Technician, where they managed the Installation and Upgrade Center and implemented standard operation procedures for troubleshooting and repairing computers.

After that, they worked as a Network Administrator at Mortgage One, where they installed and troubleshot Novell NetWare and GroupWise systems. Following this, they joined Salem Health as a Senior Network Engineer, responsible for the integrity and consistency of Citrix XenApp Servers across multiple sites. Jonathon also designed and maintained a Citrix Secure Gateway site for remote access to Epic Hyperspace.

Later, Jonathon worked at the State of Oregon as an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect, where they designed and implemented a Citrix environment for remote access and a two-factor authentication system for securing sensitive data. Jonathon also managed a migration project from Novell eDirectory to Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange.

Jonathon'snext role was at BPA as a Citrix Systems Engineer, where they designed and maintained a new Citrix XenApp environment for remote access to nation-wide applications. Jonathon created comprehensive documentation for architecture, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the new environment.

Currently, Jonathon is working at Structured Communication Systems as a Senior Citrix Engineer.

Jonathon Wiggins obtained an Associate's degree in Architectural Design from Chemeketa Community College from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their degree, they also received certifications from Citrix in Networking (CCP - N) in May 2017 and Virtualization (CCE - V) in July 2015.
